The pricing guide (based on double occupancy) is as follows:
- Category 4B interior stateroom (no window) - $517.33 per person
- Category 6B ocean view stateroom (large picture window) - $587.33 per person
- Category 8B ocean view stateroom with private balcony - $687.33 per person
- Category 11 mini-suites and Category 12 large suites are available. Call Karen to check on pricing.
NOTE: Third and fourth person occupancy is available in all categories. Call for rates. Prices include the 5 night cruise, port charges, taxes, prepaid tips, fine dining, casual dining, 24 hour complimentary room service, 24 hour complimentary ice cream & pizza, a 9-hole mini golf course, giant casino, the Seaside Theatre (Carnival's jumbo 12' by 22' television overlooking the main pool), exciting onboard entertainment, Hope 4 You donation and tons of fun. There's also an internet cafe to keep you connected plus a Twister Waterslide that's three-decks high plus a surprise or two.
Round-trip air transportation is not included in the price but can be purchased. If you would like to make your own air arrangements, be sure to call Karen for guidelines as to recommended airline arrival and departure times. Payment Information:
- A deposit of $50.00 per person is required at the time of booking. After July 15, it will be $100.00 per person.
- The second payment of $200.00 per person is due October 1, 2009.
- The final balance is due December 1, 2009.
- Additional payments can be made at any time. Give Karen a call.
- Payments may be made by credit card, money order or check, payable to Hooked on Travel & Cruises, LLC.
Very Important Information:
It is highly recommended that all passengers have a valid passport to sail. An original birth certificate or certified copy of a birth certificate plus a photo I.D. is acceptable for travel. However, in case of an emergency at home or in port, you would not be able to travel by air without a passport. Passport applications are available at your local post office.
Optional Cruise Insurance:
Cruise insurance is available from Carnival plus another excellent insurance company, Access America. Once the booking is made, Karen will contact you with insurance options and costs. Insurance is always recommended.
Cancellation Penalties:
All reservations cancelled prior to December 1, 2009 = $75.00 per person cancellation fee.
Cancellations between December 2, 2009 and January 21, 2010 = 50% per person cruise cost penalty plus $75.00.
Cancellations made on or after February 12, 2009 = 100 percent per person penalty. No refund.
