Race Sponsorship Information
Thank you for your intereste in participating as a sponsor for this great event. The proceeds from the race will benefit the Hope 4 You Breast Cancer Foundation, an organization with the mission of working with the local area to raise awareness, provide support, offer education and instill HOPE for those afflicted with and affected by Breast Cancer. The event promises to be unlike any other the area has seen. We have a goal of having 1,000 runners or walkers in our inaugural race.
In order to reach our goals for the race, we are calling upon businesses and individuals from our Four State Community to serve as sponsors. The available sponsorship levels are:
1) Light Pink Stroller ($100-Individuals Only) - At the Stroller level, you will be given a Pink Tribute Ribbon to dedicate to a friend or loved one who has been affected by Breast Cancer. The ribbons will be placed at the Start/Finish for the race.
2) Rose Jogger ($250) - Joggers will be recognized with small signs along the race course and will be permitted to set up a booth or tent at the race site.
3) Fuchsia Pacesetter ($1,000 and above) - Pacesetters will be recognized on the Race 4 Hope T-Shirt and will also be permitted to set up a booth or tent at the race site. Additionally, our Pacesetters will be acknowledged on materials (ie, banners, signs) used by Hope 4 You to promote the race and in any media promotions that are within the control of Hope 4 You. Outside of these levels, we are also looking for In Kind Donations for various items for the Race 4 Hope including t-shirts, water, food, and items for the race packets. The In Kind donors will be acknowledged in the race packet or as otherwise appropriate, depending on the nature of the items donated.
