Sponsorship information for 2012 race coming soon.
If you or your company is interested in becoming a sponsor, please submit our Sponsorship Application Form. In order to reach our goals for the race, we are calling upon businesses and individuals from our Four State Community to serve as sponsors. The available sponsorship levels are:
HOPE Diamond ($5,000 and above) - Just as rare as the original HOPE Diamond, our HOPE Diamond sponsors will have priority placement on the Race 4 HOPE T-shirt, presented as our special partner in our promotions and will have priority booth and/or tent placement at the race site. Additionally, our HOPE Diamonds will have special placement and acknowledgement on our website, in marketing materials used by HOPE 4 You to promote the race, as well as in any media promotions that are within the control of HOPE 4 You. HOPE Diamond Sponsors may provide up to 3 banners* that will be displayed during the event. Please provide logo in jpg format via email to mitchellbam@gmail.com. Deadline May 1st, 2011
Pink Diamond ($2,500 Donation)- Pink Diamonds will be placed on the Race 4 HOPE T-shirt and will be given booth space. Pink Diamonds will be acknowledged on our website and in marketing materials used by HOPE 4 You to promote the race, as well as in any media promotions that are within the control of HOPE 4 You. Sponsors may provide up to 2 banners that will be displayed during the event. Please provide logo in jpg format via email to mitchellbam@gmail.com. Deadline is May 1st, 2011
Ruby ($1000 Donation ) - Rubies will be placed on the Race 4 HOPE T-shirt and will be given booth space. Rubies will be acknowledged on our website and in marketing materials used by HOPE 4 You, as well as in any media promotions that are within the control of HOPE 4 You. Sapphire ($500 Donation) - Sapphires will be provided booth or tent space at the race site and may provide 1 banner that will be displayed during the event. Deadline is May 1th, 2010.
Emerald ($100 Donation) - Emeralds will be provided booth or tent space at the race site. Deadline June 3, 2011
Pink Topaz In-Kind -Pink Topaz In-Kind sponsors will be featured appropriately. Examples of needs are, but not limited to water, food, medals, ice, photography, and signage. See enclosed In-Kind Commitment Form in sponsorship forms.
Bedazzled Team ($25 Registration Fee per team member and a Team Commitment to raise additional funds.) -At this level we are looking for some healthy competition in making this even more fun than last year by competing to complete the race and raise money for those we love and honor. The top three fundraising teams will be receiving awards and special prizes. (See Team Instructions in Packet.) Snoozers (Commit to donate $25 for sleeping in the day of the race.) Snoozers receive the official race T-Shirt
Outside of these levels, we are also looking for In Kind Donations for various items for the Race 4 HOPE including water, food, balloons, ice, signage, printing, a photographer; help with race day entertainment, and items for the race packets. The In Kind donors will be acknowledged in the race packet or as otherwise appropriate, depending on the nature of the items donated.
